i think he took shape of vincent or the Esau guy did cuz we can see that he can do that

didnt the producer say jacob was in the pilot? i keep on rewatching and rewatching it and i don't see him

I think the producers just said Jacob had been seen in a non-speaking role before but not necessarily the Pilot =/
I could be wrong though..

the dog in jacobs cabin is a painting of one of the dogs owned by a women who works on the show, they all loved the dog so they desided too use it as the painting
so no its not vincent

Big problem, If Vincent is Jacob and smokie is Jack's dad (who is Jacob's enemy). How can you explain when Jack's dad told Vincent to wake up Jack, he has a lot of work ahead of him.

Well, I guess now that we know that Jacob is the Smoke Monster....that is what they (the Producers or the Writers??) meant when they said that Jacob had a non-speaking role in the pilot episode....
