Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

1.) No Spamming
Try to keep all posts relatively on topic and in the correct part of the forum. No extensive posts to try and make your point. Please do not make double posts, there is an edit button for a reason!


2.) No flaming / Respect our Members & Moderators
This is going to be a friendly place where Lost fans can discuss the show and anything relating to it, so do not make any hurtful comments or make personal attacks to other members if they do not agree with your theory or anything similar.

Respect for members also extends to the moderators. LostVideoRecaps's moderators are volunteers and often have to deal with challenging situations and differing views when maintaining our community, and the vast majority of the time they do a great job.

3.) No advertising or links to inappropriate sites
Whilst there are some sites that show Lost online legally (e.g. abc1 and Sky), do not post links to sites that are showing Lost illegally. This also covers advertising your own personal sites and links to pornographic sites. If it is a link to advertise a point, then that is ok.

4.) Post in the English language
Majority of people on this site speak English so always provide a translation if you do not. No text speak either as it is considered spamming.

5.) No foul or offensive language/No inappropriate subject matter
Please, no foul or offensive language, these forums is for all age groups!

6.) Respect the privacy of other users
Do not ask for other peoples member details, contact details etc

7.) Plagiarism
If you use/post anything that is not your own work such as a theory or information please provide a link to the source. It’s not fair if you get credit for things that you did not create. I personally do not like plagiarism and if you’re caught you may be warned or subsequently banned! You have been warned.

8.) Racism
Racism will not be tolerated! Do NOT make racist remarks!

9.) Spoilers
Please note that all spoilers (information about the story that has not aired) must go into the Spoilers forum section. Unless you use the spoiler tag.
